So i have pretty bad skin, my skin barrier is totally fucked so first I'm trying to restore my barrier so these are the things I'm using rn, I'm starting accutane for the second time soon,

oh thanks (my parents won't allow me to use ampoule) but does that oil cleanse work for combination too? And how about exfoliation. Anyway, this is my plan for solving acne problem (remove tranexamic).

Yes it does, mainly used for the the sebaceous filaments on my nose and comedones on my chin, rn my skin barrier is shit so if urs is too then avoid exfoliating (AHA, BHA), PHA toner is fine but we need to restore the barrier so the Pyunkang toner does that, it's lightweight and yet moisturizing ideal for combo skin, Your plan looks solid too just don't overdo anything introduce products one by one.

Nahh bro it's an another alternative for serum it is also used for barrier repair
