So to shrink a bulbous nose, there's two things you can do:

Retinoids. These are usually used for improving your skin quality by increasing cell turnover. Some examples are tretinoin and accutane.

However, these can also shrink the sebaceous oil glands in your nose, making the alar base appear much slimmer.

Clavicular and Rorz on YT have seen good results from using accutane when it comes to shrinking the alar base (I'm pretty sure they originally took it for their skin health, however.)

And another method is Hydrocortisone.

It's a topical anti-inflammitory cream that has the side effect of skin thinning. We want to harness this side effect by using it on our alar base and thinning the skin there, making it appear slimmer.

If you...

If you don't know what the 'alar base' is just look it up. Just an anatomical part of your nose.

There's a BOTB thread on how to use it.

And obviously there's an alarplasty, a hardmax you can do to help with a bulbous nose tip.

Hope this helped, mark as solution if it did :Comfy:

Yeah so if you're on PC/laptop, then you see the upvote/downvote option to the right of my reply?

There should be a checkmark in a circle button right below it.

Clicking that would mark my post as the solution.

Just click the one that's next to the post that you found the most useful.

It should be around here, obviously I can't see the option - only the person who CREATED the post/question can mark a reply as solution.

If you're on phone, however, I don't really know if it's possible to mark as solution, and you can just leave it be in that case.

W
Wdym nose filler wouldn't that make it worse?🤔
Well if made correctly it will make the tip of the nose more pointed making it not look bulbous and also looking like you had slightly better maxilarry growth through nose projection
