How to fix coloring

I want to fix my overall coloring to match more as towards the filter that is applied on my face (in this case it has contact colored eyes from my normal dark brown/black). I know i have a lot more to do other than just fixing coloring but i think its a large leap further while I continue to loose weight.

Please give some geninune advice as to how i can go about this.
