how to fix constant sinus congestion

Never struggled with my nose being full of snot and sometimes runny even when its hot outside until recently, how can I fix this any suggestions? do I just spam nasal spray or is there another method?

Raw eggs. You have to let whatever's coming out, come out. Let it run its course. Long mucus fibers often indicate you're very fertile. I dealt with this going through puberty.
