How to fix dry lips

I have noticed whenever I go out my lips become dry AF for some reason. Any tips to make that stop happening ?

drink more water use stuff like vaseline or cocoa butter i'd use the latter tho to not look too gay

drink a lot of water u can also use lip balms like cocoa butter to moisture ur lips n scrubu r lips with a toothbrush to remove dead skin

but drinking water doesnt immediately fix it and I also lick my lips alot
