I had a reddish/pink undertone and now it just looks dark and dull. Any way to fix it?

Differences when it was reddish/pink and dull:

•I eat more food, especially dairy products.

•I do less sports (both were indoors and
outdoors) so less sweat and lower stress levels.

•I stopped outdoor sports to reduce my 1hr15 constant sun exposure (3-4 times a week) to just getting 5 minutes more sun exposure than before daily. But I don’t think that the difference of sun exposure wouldn’t be that much blatant and contrasting.

•I get cortisol spikes at least 1 to 2 times per day on the contrary of 1 to 0 time before. But they only last for 5 minutes at most.
