Two pics, one where my eyes are in the resting state / drowsy and another one that's more alert. As you can see in my x-ray, my orbitals are extremely round so I am assuming that's the cause of my high set eyebrows. Is there any implant that can make the orbitals more rectangular??
I will be getting MSE next month

Yeahh Ik...caused by horrible mouthbreathing my whole life. But I will be getting a lottt of implants (jaw, paranasal, cheek), and medically necessitated lefort 1 + MSE, but I was wondering if there's anything I can do for the eye area.

won't botox eyebrow lowering make the forehead super big

I’m assuming you are tilting your head back, making your eyes look that bad. You’d be forced to do that because of recession, so the only way would be to fix recession. I definitely agree with you getting MSE + lefort 1.

i don't think an extra cm of forehead height should worry you , focus on your eye-area , your forehead looks small actually

yup getting mse installed in a few wks
Willy they use piezoelectric cut of midpalatal suture? Insist on it if it's possible, as it will improve your chances of getting better expansion.

My man, you have a really bad eye area.

To have a chance of having your eyes being ok looking, you would need to do the following procedures in order:
  1. MSE
  2. Infraorbital Malar Implants (with Orbital Decompression if possible, or get it later)
  3. Supraorbital rim implants
  4. Infraorbital rim implants
  5. Canthoplasty or Almond Eye
  6. Botox fillers for lowering the eyebrows
  7. (Optional) Hairline lowering if your forehead gets too big from lowering the eyebrows.

Most interesting skull I ever saw

will the infraorbital/malar/supra implants not fix the problem since it's addressing the bone? why would almond eye be needed after that if there is support from the implant/"bone"

doctors said the same thing - one of the most difficult cases they've seen and they even have to make a custom MSE device for me because my bone itself is very thin

The almond eye procedure is just in case you still have some mild failos to be addressed

Also, do you guys think my mandible is also recessed. Most people say it's only the maxilla but I honestly can't tell. here's a side/3/4 view xray:

Do you have some kind of condition or something?

Also how many teeth do you show when you smile?

no, multiple developmental issues: recessed maxilla caused by lifelong mouthbreathing due to severe childhood allergies where we used to live, was never taught proper tongue posture and as a result never had it, lack of nutrition (now in college but in high school our food barely had any protein (def <20 g/day) because my parents only made lentils & rice and wasn't allowed eggs due to religion + i made the mistake of not ever drinking milk instead of getting lactose-free milk and randomly went vegan during the two most important years of development (10th/11th grade) and always made food myself so got horrible nutrition as a result bc i didn't know what i was doing. i also never did physical exercise and definitely had low testosterone. doctors say the main thing is mouthbreathing + nutrition. i regret not realizing all this earlier bc i never cared about looks and only focused on academics (also had a big friend group in hs so never felt lonely) but now in college, even though its ivy level, i realized how prevalent lookism is. as for diet i eat lot of eggs now, have milk everyday and make sure i'm getting adequate protein through whey, yogurt, etc even though im still vegetarian

Let's hope you can get a better skull and look better after the surgeries

8 on the top, but the main thing is that my tongue won't fit on the roof of my mouth. it's narrow and high arched

Mine doesn't too and shows 8 teeth, but i never mouth breathed (even in sleep) and had good nutrition, but had shit tongue posture, but it always rested at the lower palate which might have expanded it more than upper, I have wide jaw, a little wider than my zygos

It isn't. You have an edge-to-edge bite or slight underbite even (don't quote me on the latter). If anything, your maxilla is recessed
