How to fix eyebag ?

I tried a serum with caffeine in it, sleep more etc.. but my eyebags are still here and I really don’t know why ? Any advice?

No dont the infraorbital bones are weak and you will just ruin them also since its a bone issue just use makeup because you cant fix eyebags with serums etc
