first try accutane, then hydrocortisone, then aqualyx and if that doesn’t work you need rhino

accutane isnt made just for nose its for acne

the nose is extremely susceptible to inflammation due to clogged pores, accutane is well known to shrink the nose in many cases. these are listed in ease of use and safety, if you don’t want to try it then go straight to hydrocortisone

Ugh apparently the side affects are just high cortisol but I don’t think it’s too bad
