Take an undistorted pic; six feet away, level, back camera, then measure the amount of pixels from your upper lip border to the bottom of eyebrows (height), and zygo to zygo laterally (width), then divide the width by height.

Tbh, FWHR doesn't really matter. As long as you aren't below 1.7, or above 2.1, you're fine. You can find a wide range of models/good looking people with different amounts. For example, Chico and Gandy are rather low at 1.75-1.8, while Barret and DiCaprio are higher at around 2-2.1. It doesn't really matter, I'd worry about other shit.
