How to fix Gynecomastia?

I've had Gyno since I was 12 years old never been extremely fat or extremely skinny just kind of average weight and even now I still have it. Anyone knows ways to get rid of it or at least see less of it without getting surgery?

Some pct's can help, but if it is really bad, surgery is needed

Post cycle therapy is basically just a group of compounds that supress estrogen which bodybuilders use after a steroid cycle

yeah olive oil for sure, this defenitly will work and his lots of science and logic behind it

You could try something like raloxifene, but if it doesn't do any reduction then surgery is only option
