How to fix having a long face

I have a long face like Andrew Garfield does and I hate it so much.

What I do for it now is I constantly mew, started thumb pulling but am still unsure the correct exercises to optimize it.

Can anyone tell me some softmaxes to solve this?

Tall skull is good. Narrow face is bad. If you have tall and narrow skull get marpe then your skull is perfect

thumbpulling is not gonna expand your palalate nearly enough and as much as marpe can nigger

Marpe is constant force whether thumbpulling has like 5kg of force or 1kg it wont do anything marpe is the solution unless ur doing it 24/7 which isnt possible

Honestly not much you can do twin. My best advice is throw on a pair of square glasses. Wear them low on the nose bridge it’ll make the face look way fucking shorter. Quick draw up. But from front view if you wear glasses low on the nose bridge the big ass glasses will be the view point of your midface. ALSO will pinch your nose if that shit bottoms out
