Not me, this is a bit exaggerated but how do I improve like how is shown in this difference in chin/neck? It’s not this bad for me but any tips would help.

I heard chin tucks are cope, but I’ll start doing them.
yeah its doesn't make you lose fat or change the bone structure. it fixes your posture and strengthens neck muscles. i would say just focus on losing fat, chin tucks do help as well tho

Couple people have talked about losing fat, but I’m too skinny. Losing fat as in not eating isn’t an option because im only 135 5’10 at 15. I’m thinking its just my structure to my face that makes it look fat. You know anything about lymphatic draining? Never done it myself

Heard mewing aint work past 12, what do you think about that? Idk if its true
Hard mewing or mewing in general is not really great. Forcing your tongue in a certain position is gonna create muscular imbalances and ultimately will make things worse.

The problem is probably in your whole posture. Start from the back of your neck and trace along until you find a bump at the back of your head. That's your occipital. You can think of it as the point where you would have the base of a ponytail, if you had long hair.
That point is probably rotated counter clockwise , down and back. Your chin is probably tipping forward and up as well, as a result of that.

You probably have a habit of retracting your head by pulling the spot at the back of your head down and back. If that is the case whenever you notice you are doing that try to think of pulling it up and slightly forward. You shouldn't try to do it actively, just do it when you feel like your head is retracting. Like I said if you try to actively engage certain muscles you will end up relying on your feeling sense, which is deceiving and will result in imbalances.

I suggest you record yourself doing it because your feeling sense will deceive you. You might think you are pulling it up and slightly forward when actually you are pulling it back more.

Also make sure you are not doing it too much. Doing what I said will result in a clockwise rotation which will bring your head in a more neutral position. Make sure you are not going too far. In a chintuck for example the back of your head does move forward and up but goes too far, to the point where your chin is against your throat. That's why chin tucks are bad.

You can also go below your armpit and you will find that at the side of your body below them are some ribs. You can think of lifting those ribs up away from your pelvis/hips while you lift the back of your head. It's important you only lift the ribcage, not the shoulders. When trying this for the first few times you will probably lift the shoulders too but that's fine. Make sure you video record yourself so you can see what you are doing wrong. Don't rely on your feeling sense.

Record yourself from head to toes and make sure you aren't arching your back to do this. If you lenghten one muscle but shorten another it's of little help.
