I use to struggle heavily with sleep until i found out about cbn and cbd, non-psychoactive cannabis which does not give give you a "high" feeling, but heavily helps with sleep, it is also legal in most eu countries and reccomend buying a cbd or cbn vape and ripping it before sleep.

does cbn help you stay asleep? i have no problem falling alseep but i tend to wake up often at the sae time every night
