I always have trouble falling asleep so my circadian rythym is fucked
It’s prob why my mental health is so bad
Any ways to fix it it’s been going on for a long time serious replies only
 
Vitamin d in the morning
 
magnesium glycinate, progesterone, clonidine, vanilla ice cream with real sugar (not that sugar free crap), valerian extract, kava, amanita muscaria (only try if you really know what youre doing) , make room cold and dark, zolpidem(last resort), niacinamide

Melatonin will fuck you up

There’s no insomnia
 
Melatonin + 35 g of ethanol every evening
 
Stop obsessing about it and live your life
I’ve had it for 5+ years
