Filler would work but temporarily.

A genio wouldn’t help.

A fold thats too deep is something nobody will look at except for you in the mirror, but if you see it as a problem then you should fix it, as guy above me said it is temporary to fix it with filler. Its a congenital problem, so I know that you're probably really focused on it, I'm pretty sure you can do a graft there after a genioplasty if thats of any relief to you. Not sure if you can do the graft independent of other surgeries but I'm sure somebody would for the right price

mine improved drammatically after I stopped going to the gym and started eating well

not resolved completely, of course, but I was considering fat grafting back then now I for sure wouldn't do it
