how to fix lip imbalance?

My upper ip protrudes over my lower slightly, my maxilla is pretty forward grown. My mandible is not recessed relative to the frankfurt plane, but its prolly 2mm-3mm behind my nose so its not fully forward grown. Should I retract my top teeth a little?

I had no malocclusions except a deep bite before braces and my mandible was recessed but it was prolly cuz I was tanner stage 2. Now I’m not recessed maybe 1-2mm behind ideal, i got braces bc im missing two top teeth so they had to close the gap.
