Your temples are unideal, your ESR is fine. Still, you can get a lateral canthoplasty, and make sure you grow hair to hide the temples.

there's no real fix for this even with surgery all you can do is shorten the midface in relationship to it but that's also complicated

Im on getting Leaner rn. But you can Tell even from a fat Person, if the ratios are good or Bad.
