How to fix low zygos ?

I managed to fraud high zygo by creating fibrosis on the high path of them but is there a better way ? I can’t have surgery yet

Then lock in on height (the only thing u can tangibly affect without expensive surgeries as a kid and only as a kid) before ur growth plates close and dw about anything else

Like honestly thats the most important thing and u will regret if u dont lock in on height

Ye thats decent just ensure to max it out fully before 18, like its proven by studes +1 cm is + x amount of $ a year
