Is training the temporalis muscle and eating hard chewy meat cope? I've seen a little bit of progress from people who claim it works. pls tag me in threads or share them here if you can:p. I left my current craniofacial state below.

I wish I had "too much forward growth" My mandible is recessed, I'd say my maxilla is fine for now but I want to fix my lower jaw first.

What can I do besides surgery tho. I forgot to mention I had a delayed puberty so my bone age is probably lower than 17
off the top of my head masseter work might help a little. idk besides surgery though tbh

Nah my masseter are alr a little too big. Makes my front look bad
interesting

surgery may be your only option then unless you can magically rotate your face to fix the downward growth and move your ramus downwards so its more proportional

Thats the goal brah. I'll probably try the hard chewing and temporalis training for the next year to see what I can do. Maybe even make a thread if it goes well❤️

At 17, your facial bones may still undergo some growth and remodeling, but most craniofacial development is already near completion. . I would recommand you to blast androgens as testosterone and DHT stimulate osteoblast activity in the mandible and maxilla. You can aslo add some hgh or IGF-1 to synergize with it.
Anavar (oxandrolone) is one of the best steroids for bone mineral density due to its low androgenic side effects and strong anabolic activity
Mechanism:
- Increases IGF-1 (critical for bone growth)
.- Stimulates osteoblasts directly via androgen receptor activation and reduces bone resorption by suppressing osteoclast activity
. - Dosage: 10–20 mg/day is sufficient for bone benefits without significant liverstrain
.- Synergy: Combines well with PTH analogs and GH for enhanced bone formation.

You can also do it with test but an AI would probably be needed. If it is truly over, hope on tren or surgery (much safer option)

Would this help with height too? idk man hopping on DHT and test seems kind of crazy. I don't want to turn off my natural production for the rest of my life. The only thing I might take from here is probably anavar becuase it seems the safest out of all the drugs I've done research on❤️

Testosterone, DHT derivatives, and androgens in general can accelerate bone maturation and premature epiphyseal fusion. However Anavarcan increase height velocity, oxandrolone has been used clinically to promote growth in children with growthdisorders (e.g., Turner syndrome, constitutional delay of growth and puberty).
Test won't necessarily turn off your natural production for life but i can't explain you the whole topic in a reply

sure thanks man

just go to a orthodontist and get it checked. they will most likely give you braces with elastics or loose braces that you wear overnight
