pretty sure it looks like that cause of ur mentalis muscle which is genetic, u have a butt chin and prominent chin dimples below ur lips

Your chin itself looks fine but your ramus is very short and your gonial angle is high, get jaw implants.

You could also get CCW Rotation to decrease your gonial angle and make your face less longer, but dont expect drastic changes.
