sorry but i think surgery is the only option. I think acutane changes the shape of your nose but i dont know how

A rhino obviously but you dont need it.
A slightly upturned nose 0-10+ degrees is optimal for aesthetics.
Then again its not the fact your nose is upturn thats the problem is the fact that its short which means you still need a structural rhinoplasty.

Alr thanks, my nose looks 10x worse on this pic than it usually does lmao, but I just thought it would be the best one bc it’s from the side with a back camera, here’s another pic
