How to fix my nose

Hello so i am 14 currently and my nose is super wide in the tip. My mouth to nose ratio is 1.2 and i am looking to make it 1.5 atleast. I obviously cannot go trough a surgery or any hardmaxxes and almost no medication because my mum wouldnt let me.

hydrocortisone dont do accutane especially when you dont have much acne it's very stressful and the side effects aren't worth it
