My face is unsymetrical .
And I just hate it .
And i dont know what causes it .
Im listing everything i do for my posture ( some meight be cope ) :
hip flexor stretches 1minute on every side on the ground and with a chair , 5 minutes chin tucks on the wall for 5 minutes , wall angels 3 *10 .
Things i do for the jaw : I put two fingers under my chin and press it down ( the fingers are for resistance ) , i do it 3 * 15 after that i put my neck up and push my jaw up for 3*10 also .
I also bonesmash my cheecks for 1 minute on every side ( cope ), and thump pulling 1 minute ( also cope ) .
Then I do something a little special i say mimmi and mummu while my mouth is almost closed and my jaw is up for 1minute .
I also do smile lifting ( putting my hands under my cheecks , smile for 5 seconds while the mouth is closed and again ) I do it 15 times .
Im chewing falim gum for 10min on each side every two days , I dont know if its too much or too less but i dont wanna have a moon face .
My masseter is low set ( I think ) when i bite down a mucles is getting bigger on the bottom side of my face , right next to the ramus . I think thas the masseter and i have a low set one . So the effects will look good ?
I go to the gym but i can only train legs because of my Injury on the right shoulder and sometimes a little bit upperbody with low weight . At home i sometimes train my neck and my forearms .
Thats about my routine .

Now to my asymmetrical stuff :
My left side is my good looking side and my right side the bad looking one .
My eye on the right side is slightly bigger ,then on the left side ; my cheeckbone is not that big and i have more bloating on the right side .
And the most important one my Ramus is shorter then on my other side and i have more downward growth .

Thinks that might trigger it : I slept a long time on my right side im now trying to sleep on my left side and try to sleep on the back its heavy for me to sleep on the back .
My shoulder injury and maybe when i sometimes train my upper body only my left side gets the effect .
i also do biceps curls only my left side.
I dont what causes it exactly .
The thing is since im doing more looksmaxxing my bones actually improved but only on the left side ( the right side only a little bit ) and i dont know what to do anymore .
Sometimes i sit crooked to the left a little bit .
I can feel that the cheeckbone is better on the left and the ramus is longer on the left . And the bloating too .

My question is how do I fix this ?
ANd what could trigger it ?
What exercices for my ramus and my face or my posture can i do ?
Or is it only possible with a surgery .
Im 15 so maybe it will fix with puberty .
Is it maybe caused by my injury ?
just say solutions i read everything , if braces or a pallet expender are the solution just write it .

If you read this post , thank you and please just answer normal .
I fucking hate it :feelswhy:

Well just reading u do bicep curls only on your left side is already a red flag. Symmetry is throughout the whole body, if one of ur hips is higher than the other, thats going to translate into ur spine and then into your face. Your yoga routine is apart of releasing tension in ur body due to assymetries, but you’re not fixing the real problem. Do you walk with straight feet or duck feet? Do you train one side of the body more than the other (you do), you sleep on one side, try and alternate or sleep on back.
Search up youtube videos of fixing assymmetry in the whole body, i promise it’ll slowly translate into your face over time, furthermore you’re 15, your essentially malleable, you will improve it isnt over.

I used to have the same problem with my face but I fixed it in less than a year by doing jaw stretches and sleeping on back so my jaw was no longer like shifted the left and now it’s normal
