How to fix nd stare?

Been looking at photos and i cant find a nice photo where i dont look autistic, i have also been told i have an “emotionless stare” by normies, how can i fix this?

I personally saw this photo and i crashed out, if you cant notice it, i was trying to smile but it doesnt look like it.

Before anyone tells me to go to a therapist/neurologist, i have been going okay? I have adhd and autism, but i really hate how my eyes look. On the first photo i was trying to smile, on the second one too, but my eyes dont change, what should i do?

I also have ADHD and Autism and facial expressions are something i've struggled with.
