My biggest failo, yet no one talks about it or fixes it with surgery. Do you know if something like an inner brow reverse lift would work?

Pdo thread lift should be good, but only if you have good fat pad hooding.

Your NCT is bigger problem than eyebrows

Your orbitals are the problem. You need supraorbital rim implants. Having longer eyebrows in the medial direction would improve your eye area a lot though. Only solution is eyebrow transplant or using minoxidil for 3+ years and hoping you have vellus hairs in that area.View attachment 1315199
this is a recent photo, the other one is 2 years old, the tilt improved but brows are still negative

His eyes themselves aren't that bad. It's his eyebrows and supraorbitals that make them look bad.Combined with taban eye surgery (cantho)
I already have a browridge, wouldnt supraorbital implants make it too ogre? His eyes themselves aren't that bad. It's his eyebrows and supraorbitals that make them look bad.
You have very high set supraorbitals, especially towards the medial side.I already have a browridge, wouldnt supraorbital implants make it too ogre?
Thank youYou have very high set supraorbitals, especially towards the medial side.
I would recommend getting an eyebrow transplant to extend your eyebrows to just before your nasal bridge. It will give you much better eyebrows and improve your eye area. This combined with a supraorbital rim is the technically correct way to solve it, but a transplant alone will be good enough.
