might just have to mask tbh. Alcohol can lower inhibition levels a bit but not a good thing to rely on to blunt ND social habits

i am unable to have full control over my body sometimes

in public it can be pitching my voice up really high, shaking suddenly like i got tazed, uncontrolable hand movements/signs

at home i can lose it all on my bed, sometimes lose control of my own limbs and can genuinely start tweaking really hard like i'm posessed


i know it sounds corny at first glance but i try to minimize it as much as possible by reducing stress and keeping myself entertained
