How to fix nose and lips

My lips are extremely narrow and thin, on another hand my nose is bulbous and inflammated.
How to fix this shit, red countless advices and they're all controversial. Can I get genuine non-cope advice.

your nose is not as bad as you think, you could lose weight, use hc, etc

lips i would say just get lip filler if it bothers you, but you will probably end up looking reccessed if you dont also accomodate with chin filler aswell

i see, so what exactly do you not like about your nose and lips, only thing i can see is the fullness on lips and then maybe nasal tip being downturned

I think that if I fix the inflammation I'll fix the downturn, because the inflammation is on the place of downturn, yes fullness and width is atrocious.

misworded myself, i didnt mean that you have to lose weight just meant thats one of the things that can help the nose if its bulbous

The nose got a bit smaller and my lips a bit bigger because the fat and bloating was covering it so much, but it's not enough and kilometers away from ideal.
