can i fix it without surgery? can i use a hammer and strike that bumpy part a little bit many times till that bumpy part disappears cause that bumpy part would break turn into smaller parts then smaller? what is the fix for my nose except surgery tell me every way

im assuming youre talking abt the dorsal hump. You need maxilla support. A three way palate expander would help you
