how to fix oblong face shape and mid to long philtrum (no hardmax)

I need to fix oblong face, it looks too long no volume to the borders and a bit high philtrum ratio

all you can do is widen your maxilla and if its already decently wide rope

If your nose is long and that's what's causing your long midface, there's no fix to that. To shorten the philtrum you can either get a lip flip (the only real solution) or a LF1 impaction, which you obviously won't get and it would be retarded to do so anyways

Any stage of LF is purely medical and honestly shouldn't even be considered unless you're incredibly recessed/deformed
