Before you fix it, here's what you need to know:
1.Correct your posture, and head posture:

Poor head posture causes your front neck muscles to pull your mandible backwards.

Methods:

1.Chewing with the front teeth

Frequent chewing with your front teeth will force your chewing muscles to get used to the correct position of your lower jaw.

Advantages:

If you are still in puberty, your maxillary sutures have not yet hardened. Therefore, you will get a CCW rotation.

(If the first method did not help, then this one should help.)

2.Underbite (what i did)

First you need to make sure that you have correct posture and head posture before you can proceed with the practice.

Throughout the entire process, you need to stretch your lower jaw with your chewing muscles. As if you were doing a small underbite. Your lower lip should be at the level of your upper lip. This way, your muscles get used to this position.

I personally have not had any negative effects. My jaw joints do not click.

Here are exercise for your joints:
You need to draw a square shape with your lower jaw. Don't be afraid of crunches.
The problem was solved by 50%. When I eat, my lower jaw returns to its original position (overbite). But when I don't chew, my lower jaw moves forward because the muscles are used to being in such a relaxed state.

I don't force anyone to practice the second method. It's your choice. (don't ban me and delete this thread, please😭)

Braces are an amazing way to fix an overbite, cant speak about under bites.

Stop the bs, it's a shitty way to fix overbite with braces because braces align your teeth in an optimal position while your jaw isn't optimally grown, braces just fix the problem by masking it, they don't fix the root cause

Cope , overbite is caused by malocclusion , can’t fix that by just proper posture and coping methods
