How the fuck do I fix PE it's annoying asf now.

Started having sex at 15/16, would only last 30 seconds, even from head.

Now 19, last the exact same amount of time.
Fucked a 7/10 last night and busted so quick it was humiliating, I need to fix this now.

Topical anesthetics is an option I am considering, would like to hear from someone who has tried those before. SSRI's is another option I am open to but I dont really want to have to be taking pills 1-3hrs before hand when sometimes simply isnt an option. I get your pain but topical anesthetics are the most retarded thing ever, it may help you last longer but it will also make her not feel anything, even if you use a condom. I started doing kegels to improve my loads but it should help with premature ejaculation too. Also I guess you're probably anxious right before it and think about not cumming which makes It worse so just relax. Also if you jerk off and finish too quick it wires your brain to do that. Also SSRIs can worsen your libido. There's this dude in YT I watch that was like a famous porn guy or smth and he talks abt some of it, here's a video on it maybe it helps
