well then start brushing your teeth regularly and floss. also get hydrogen peroxide and gargle with it every day or so to kill bacteria. receding gums happen due to gingivitis

Receding gums are usually caused by improper care (not using a soft bristled toothbrush, using harsh back and forth saw-like motions) or simply complete lack of care.

If it's lack of care, then just floss, brush, and use a fluoride mouthwash twice a day, once after eating breakfast, and again after eating dinner but before going to bed. If it's improper care then just change your technique.

Using a rotational-oscillating toothbrush like Oral-B is empirically proven to reduce plaque better than a manual toothbrush, but if you are using a manual toothbrush then make sure you're using the Modified Bass Technique to not fuck your shit up.

FWIW, IMO you barely have any recession whatsoever, it looks like you just have gingivitis. Two weeks following the routine I just said should reduce inflammation and redness.

go to a dentist asap

it doent seem receding to me

Gingivitis could be the culprit here. Gargle salt water (warm) a few times a day for a start, and avoid brushing too hard with your tooth brush. I used to have it too boyo so I got you fam.
Mine stopped when I rotmaxxed and stopped brushing my teeth as much jfl.
