How to fix Retroclined and crooked Teeth?

My mom advised me to brush my teeth using my index or middle finger by applying paste on it. The applied point force pressure due to my fingers while brushing my teeth will eventually result in Straight and Non Retroclined Teeth after a few months.

Is this advice of her legitimate? What you people have to cure my Retroclined crooked teeth? I can't afford surgeries or braces right now cuz i live in Shithole India plus i am poorcel. What to do?

no, its not legit. If u have crocked teeth only thing will solve are orthodontic treatment, u can try mewing while u dont have money.

Only braces and Invisalign will align your teeth straight. It may require expansion first to make enough room for all teeth to sit comfortable
