How to fix rib flare

My body genuinly looks disgusting because of this deformity Idk how I can fix it or what to do. Pls help

not bad rib flare, just unlucky muscle insertions/fat distrib. your ab muscles are either extremely underdeveloped or inserted very far below the skin.

If you really wanted to fix it, surgery is the only way bro.

yo shit doesnt even look remotely bad bro, i have a sunken chest and my rib flare is like 100x that, you are good

Yeah I almost never train abs ngl but but I feel like the rib flare ruins my chest area and makes it look wider

Do you keep a stacked pelvis and ribcage when training? Or do you arch your back on most exercises? Arching your back while training can allow you lift more weight by moving the weight off the abs and onto the connective tissues, reducing perceived effort, but this can result in weak and underdeveloped abs.

I do arch my back on all my push exercises yes to get a deeper strech
