I was considering jaw angle implants but i always see them as making your face look bloated and generally older.

Rounded gonians are more neotonous imo which is probably why east asians go for that.

Jaw angle implants just look ogre especially if they have thick skin. Like acromelegy.

It never gives that sharp contoured look just a block of mass.

What if you already have a wide bigonial width, but round gonions? I don’t want my bigonial width any wider, I’ll look like Steve from Minecraft.
