I have the same nose problem as clav, like that shi is short and the tip is wide

If i make it longer then my philtrum would look way better, speaking of which, it's flat too

Searching for surgeries or other methods to fix that

I believe you'd have to get a rhinoplasty based on cartilage grafting specifically for vertical extension to elongate your nose.

I don't know too much about it or if its widely performed by surgeons but it might be worth looking into in your case.
