I’ve noticed that I get some pimples here and there and normally they go in a few days but recently i’ve noticed alot of acne on my forehead and I don’t know what might be causing this. Its so sudden cuz 1-2 months ago my face was clear, also no changes have been made to my diet so I don’t think its something that I eat.

anyone have any idea?

same thing happened to me i never get acne and my forehead is now filled with acne

whats ur diet?
general stuff like no seed oils, grass fed red meats, raw dairy, fruits unlike 5 months ago where I would just eat everything from doritos to candy, seed oils and stuff.

The acne is just on my forehead and the corners of my head alot these are like really oily and under my mouth I have little hyperpigmentation or scaring I think from a pimple there.

What can I do to fix this?

"sudden"

could mean infinity amounth of 'ew chemicals

for example: vitamins, medicines, skin products

I’ve been taking some supplements for the past 2 weeks

vitamin d3
vitamin k2 (mk7)
zinc bisglycinate
glycine

could these be causing it?
