how to fix that chin acne

skins clean but my chin is horrendous.
alr been using skinoren Cr 30g, Ultrasicc 20g and benzoylperoxid 5% also got some good cleanser and a good diet.
Skin wont go clean tho dont wanna hop on accutane tho cs its not worth it for that small area.
any tips?

Since yur aleady using Benz Peroxide and skinoren we can prolly assume the acne isn’t bacterial (C. acnes).

Wtf is ultrasicc? never heard of it.

Have you tried a retinol based cream?, anything on the counter is worth trying, even though these retinol creams take a while to work.

doesnt matter imo if it has 0.25 to 1.5% retinol in it. also, those arent acne scars right? your photos a bit blurry

there not scars but like post exflamatory marks idk they wont go away. I get like rare break outs now but those marks from before wont go away
