How to fix that fucking back acne?

I've been using tret for a long time. The skin on my face used to be shit, but now it's almost perfect. But what about my back? I can't smear tret on my whole back (it's impossible, long and will use up the whole tube in two days). Any advice guys

I don't take steroids.
Also I will not take accutane, due to the fact that in my case with clear facial skin it is not advisable (negative side effects will be much more for me).

Maybe I should use a hard washcloth or some kind of exfoliant? I will be very grateful for any usefull advice

Get one of those silicone scrubbers with a handle so you can cleanse your back properly in the shower, also make sure you wash your bedsheets often

Diet bro, diet. Reduce dairy, processed food, sugar. Increase omega 3 and nutrient dense foods.
