1. Downward jaw growth.
2. Flatface, obviously something to do with the maxilla, right?
3. Mild Malocclusions; overebite with overjet, crossbite. Also a minor midline shift, probably caused by said malocclusions.
I understand that surgery and orthodontics will be needed and I am open to doing so, I already know what surgeries I need the only issue I have is with my overjet. Since I have an overjet my parents are planning to put me on braces but I know that braces can give the illusion your face is pulled back, however since I have an overjet wouldnt I want that? Or is it better to move the lowerjaw foward? The only issue is my philtrum sticks and I feel like moving it back would help it not stick out im genuinely so confused.
