Its never fully over, you might want to try and lose the facial fat plus clear up your skin at least. Definitely more can be done but that's my starting recommendations at face value

Thats a good start, just make sure you have an okay diet, and yeah just do some cardio

Your sclera (whites of the eyes) look a bit off, so start using Lumify eyedrops before you go out to temporarily fix those.

Start sleeping and waking up at the same every day for better health indicators. Start doing cardio in the mornings to debloat and get your blood flowing.

Start a basic skincare routine or ask your doctor for tretinoin for long-term skin health. Finally, start training your neck with neck curls until it's as wide as your jaw.
