Upper teeth are amazing, bottom teeth have a problem, bottom left incisor to the lateral incisor and canine are crooked due to overcrowding, only the incisor looks crooked though, i believe retainers are the best in my case

for actual skeletal widening of the jaw you would have to get msdo imdo or some sort of bone borne lower jaw palate expander, for palate expansion theres a bunch of them
It makes sense though, since my teeth are aligned and overcrowded, it only needs more space to fit in, by expansion, while braces just adjust the teeth in it’s current space. I had retainers before for my overbite and it expanded both my upper and lower, might consult with my ortho if I should reuse it since I stopped using it last summer.
