How to fix this (read description)

Top pic is in a dim restaurant (I hate the picture obviously), my face looks fat in all the wrong places and extremely hollow under my eyes. However, in the bottom pic is in just normal room lighting and looks slightly better. Advice? No “over” comments, i cba for it.

Nothing to worry about thrn? There’s times where it looks hollow in good lighting too so.
