LMAO dude asymmetry is the least of your worries, theres plenty of people that look like shit and are symmetrical and their still sub 5, perfect symmetry isnt gonna make you a chad, just based off that pic of your eyes you look symmetrical, but you have no fucking eye brows or lashes, I can see your sclera show so you definitely have recessed infraorbitals, you should focus on fixing that rather than pretending like your asymmetrical.

Yes you can get infra orbital implants, definitely don’t do filler. For eye brows I would recommend putting topical minoxidil on them and use a derma stamp before you put it on, it will also grow your lashes but don’t put it on the lashes themselves, just eye brows
