stretching is harder than working out imo, get off your laptop rn incel and try touch your toes and hold for 10 secs, that pain is almost unbearable. so i propose the question, how to stretchmax for unflexible nibbas like ourselves? possible guide idea for repmaxxers. 'knees over toes guy' idea of strengthening in stretch position for athleticism is another thing also, like atg split squat, hamstring curl etc. being athlete is large halo, if you get flexibility and strength you can mog in sports.
i wanna start stretchmaxxing but idk how, i think small stretch for few mins everyday is better than a strenuous session once every while also. you could stretch whilst watching tv, world cup, whilst waiting at traffic signal, whilst waiting in store line etc. just for a few secs every day and over time become a stretchmogger.
im confident even if your 1/10 facially and 4'11, if you hit splits whilst asking out stacy, she'll give you number from insane flexibility halo, impossible to be incel when stretchmaxxed
