How to focus less on blackpill

Every time I go into the bathroom, I always stare at myself in the mirror for at least 30 seconds and I do this multiple 10s of times throughout the day. When I’m in public I always think about blackpill to the point where I see a bunch of Indian kids playing in the street, I literally bow my head down to them in respect because they’re cursed from birth(no disrespect but that’s the truth). Humans innately see other races, phenotype and faces superior to others. I think about this shit all day and mind you Im not even an incel. I had a good upbringing, in a good country.

realistically, the west is the only place worth living in. I’m living alone and I don’t make that much, where other than the west would you have that comfort. he needs to moneymaxx imo
