How to focus?

yeah i think this site ruined me. I can watch a video for like 4 seconds then my eyes become unfocused. Hard to focus tbh. any tips?

I don't want to advocate or recommend using attention span enhancing drugs unless they're really needed but for now you should adopt a 30 minutes of work followed by a 10 minute break sort of schedule. During that 30 minutes do nothing else but the work you're focusing on. Just close the site or yeet your phone away if you're using your phone.

modafinil is working good for me, i dont see anything bad from it besides a bit of anxiety, which escalates at higher dosages when im just trying to "tweak" a bit, its not like adderall or anything, its less strong
