Genuinely how do i fraud or fix my height (i assume my plates are closed)

Height insoles are weird cause for some reason i feel shorter with them on and i am constantly in school with a risk of having to take shoes off

Does anyone know why i feel shorter with insoles on, like either i feel no difference or i feel shorter, i have tried 2cm, 4cm and 6cm insoles and i still have the same feeling

get them checked and if open heightmax asap. if not bro just wear insoles, heelsmash (not cope because your heel can swell from you hitting it and make your taller although brutal and risky), posturemax, wear high top shoes that make you taller and that's all that you can really do. consider geomaxxing to a shorter country

heel smashing doesnt have any impact on any height function it just swelling tissue on the bottom of you to make it bigger so you become taller. it doesnt effect anything else in the body for height function and if your plates are already closed you dont have a thing to worry about in that aspect anyway.
