how to fraud mouth width to nose width ratio?

i have hella narow palate and will get SARPE next year. But until then, how can i make my lips wider? any methods, idk maybe fraudmaxxing with some makeup pls tell if you know anything. My ratio is like 1.2 rn and it is ruining my harmony so fucking much

Are you low bf/lean? I've noticed in a lot of the leanmaxxing ascensions/losing weight, people's nose to mouth ratio improves a decent bit making their lips look wider relative to their nose.

If you are then yeah it could just be a palate issue, which you seem to already be combatting. Could also try one of the mouth widening appliances in BOTB, there have been some positive anecdotes on it. If actually the nose is the issue of the alar base being too wide, then perhaps something like accutane+hydrocortisone could help.

hmm, i am extremely lean rn , but i think bcs of my flat maxilla my nose stands out even more. So i thought maybe getting some bf would help in my case? And yes i have some acne, is it making my nose little bit wider??

Yes this is good advice as a fellow mouth to nose ratiocel. Cant make lips wider without surgery but you can make the nose less bulbous. Hydrocortisone, accutane, leanmaxxing, tretinoin. Make sure your face is debloated too for less mass in your cheek area

You can use lip liner to make them appear wider, some people also claim to have successfully widened their lips via stretching them but im not sure how credible that is. Also for pics make sure you're always slightly smiling since it frauds lip width
